Q : How long does it take for my products to arrive once an order has been placed ?

A : If the product is ordered on day 1, it will be dispatched on day 2 by courier if it is over 1.5 kilos or by 1st class mail. The courier is next day delivery and Royal mail should be the next day.

Q : What if the product I ordered is out of stock ?

A : We try and keep the website as accurate as possible regarding the stock level. If by exception the product is out of stock, you will receive an email with 24 hours. We do source similar products from other UK suppliers to avoid dissapoint for our retail customers. Our trade customers have the option to wait for overseas shipments to arrive, offered similar products or are given a refund.

Q : What happens if I want to send my order back

We accept the products back as long as they are returned in a sell able state. We do ask for you to pay the shipping if there is no fault from Legend.
